I’ve Been Coming Here For Over A Decade. I No Longer Live In The Area And Still Come Back. I've Never Been Pushed To Get Services Or Tests That Are Unnecessary. The Staff Is Great And The Optometrist Is Kind And Understanding. Will Listen And Address Concerns. There Are Plenty Of Places I Can Go Near Me But Again This Place Is Worth Driving Too.

Today Was My 1st Time Visiting This Location. My Son Needed An Eye Exam For School. The Entire Staff Top To Bottom Was Very Professional From The Moment We Walked In. Everything Was Explained In Great Detail And All My Questions Were Answered. The Eye Dr Was Very Patient With My Son And Very Thorough With Her Exam. I Have No Complaints. Nice To Have A Local Eye Care Center So Close To Home With Great Service And Professionalism.

Bensenville Eye Care has a very caring, and friendly staff. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in a while, and decided to give this local place a try. They have a great selection of eye wear. Dr. Maynard is so sweet, and does a very thorough eye exam. She does a great job of explaining, and answering any questions you may have. I will be sticking with Bensenville Eye Care! They’re awesome!

I have been going to Bensenville Eye Care for at least 15 years. I’ve seen both Dr. Streiff and Dr. Maynard and they are the greatest. Both take the time to answer questions and truly care about your eye health. The office staff are all very friendly and always helpful when I can’t decide which frames to get. I moved to another suburb 20+ minutes away a few years ago but still only go to Bensenville Eye Care.

Dr. Maynard is wonderful. She really takes time to listen to all of your problems. She understands all of your medications and gives you a very thorough examination and tests if needed to determine the best course of action for you. Doctor Maynard is very caring and makes you feel totally at ease. You know with her that your vision is in good hands. The girls in the office are very courteous and the customer service is excellent. They took a lot of time with me and helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses. I have been extremely pleased by the pricing and the promotional events they've had on my visits. My son, my husband, and I are recurring annual customers and I'm eager to see how many new options in eye wear they have in stock when I go in for my check up. I have a wider face and they carry women plus size glasses which is amazing because I was using unisex glasses which were not that glamourous. Another great advantage is that they're bilingual and have recommended my friends and family to the office. I definitely give this office 5 stars. “ Very clean! Super important with doctors' offices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the hours of operation. Very difficult to get an appointment if it's an eye emergency. Otherwise, I love it and will return in the future if need be. ”
